I had the pleasure of returning to Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall to photograph the Oratorio Society of New York conducted by Kent Tritle who is Director of Cathedral Music and Organist at the Cathedral of St John the Divine and organist of the New York Philharmonic.

The Oratorio Society celebrated 150 years with a performance of Handel’s Samson featuring:

As a NYC performing arts photographer, I enjoy the challenge of unlocking the spirit of a performance from a fixed position hundreds of feet away.

2023 Sphinx Medal of Excellence Recipients

Earlier this year I was asked to travel to Washington D.C. to photograph the recipients of the Sphinx Medal of Excellence at the Kennedy Center. Congrats to cellist Thomas Mesa, soprano Audi Marie Moore and composer Joel Thompson. I look forward to photographing the 2024 recipients in a few short months.

Julia Bullock, Naumburg 2014 Vocal Competition Winner

Soprano Julia Bullock's 1st prize winning performance at the Naumburg Foundation's 2014 International Vocal Competition finals held at Manhattan School of Music in New York City.  She performed with pianist Renate Rohlfing.
